Welcoming Olivia Hanson to Stonebank Group

Stonebank Group is pleased to welcome Olivia Hanson to the team, strengthening our capability as we continue to support the delivery of complex property projects.

Olivia brings over a decade of experience across construction, architecture and client-side project management, with a strong track record delivering projects from early design through to completion and occupancy.

Her experience spans major health, education and government projects, where she has worked closely with clients, consultants and contractors to navigate complexity and drive successful outcomes. This includes roles supporting organisations such as Deakin University, Monash University, Homes Victoria and the Victorian Health Building Authority.

With a background that bridges both design and delivery, Olivia brings a practical, end-to-end understanding of the development process. Her experience leading consultant teams, managing stakeholder interfaces and maintaining a strong focus on programme, risk and quality outcomes aligns closely with Stonebank’s approach to project leadership.

Olivia will support clients across the retirement living, education and health sectors—areas where demand for well-managed, high-quality development continues to grow.

Based in Geelong, Olivia also marks an important step in Stonebank’s regional growth. Her presence strengthens our ability to support clients across Geelong and regional Victoria with local insight and on-the-ground delivery capability.
