Team Profile: Livee Tan, Senior Project Manager

At Stonebank, our team brings deep experience across complex property projects. Livee Tan, Senior Project Manager, contributes more than 14 years of project delivery experience spanning residential, civic, commercial and infrastructure developments across Australia and Southeast Asia.

Livee joined Stonebank in 2025 and was recently promoted to Senior Project Manager, recognising her strong contribution to project delivery and client outcomes.

Trained and registered as an Architect, Livee combines design insight with delivery governance, procurement and stakeholder management. Her experience includes working across complex procurement environments.

Prior to joining Stonebank, Livee held senior roles within a leading architecture practice where she worked on large-scale precinct, infrastructure and complex development project, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder engagement across government and private sector clients.

At Stonebank, Livee supports a range of development and construction advisory engagements, helping clients maintain alignment between design intent, programme, budget and delivery outcomes.

Her approach to project delivery focuses on early stakeholder alignment, strong governance and proactive issue resolution — helping clients navigate complexity and maintain momentum throughout the development lifecycle.
