Stonebank Group’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan Endorsed by Reconciliation Australia
Stonebank Group is proud to announce that our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, marking the beginning of our organisation’s formal commitment to advancing reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The endorsement of our Reflect RAP represents an important step in our journey. It provides a structured framework to help us strengthen relationships, build cultural awareness, and embed respectful, inclusive practices into the way we work with our clients, partners, and the communities we serve.
Through the Reflect RAP, Stonebank Group will:
Build relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations, and communities.
Enhance cultural learning across our team to deepen understanding and respect for the world’s oldest continuous cultures.
Review and refine policies and procedures to ensure inclusivity and recognition of cultural heritage in our operations.
Identify opportunities for collaboration that contribute to social and economic outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We acknowledge and thank Reconciliation Australia for their guidance throughout this process, and we extend our gratitude to our team members whose dedication made this achievement possible.
This is the first step in a long-term commitment. We understand that reconciliation is an ongoing process—one that requires listening, learning, and genuine action. Stonebank Group will continue to engage meaningfully and respectfully, ensuring our commitments under the RAP translate into tangible outcomes.
