Stonebank Achieves ISO Certification, Strengthening Its Commitment to Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement

Stonebank is pleased to announce that it has successfully achieved ISO certification following an independent audit and formal approval by Global-Mark.

This certification confirms that Stonebank’s management systems meet internationally recognised standards for governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across its operations. It represents an important milestone in the firm’s ongoing commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients and project partners.

The certification process involved a comprehensive review of Stonebank’s systems, procedures and controls, ensuring they are aligned with best-practice frameworks that support reliability, accountability and continual improvement.

Chris Adams, Director of Stonebank, said the accreditation reflects the firm’s disciplined approach to project delivery and advisory services.

“ISO certification reinforces the way we already operate – with structure, clarity and accountability. It provides confidence to our clients that our systems support better decision-making, reduced risk and consistent outcomes across complex property projects.”

ISO standards are globally recognised benchmarks that help organisations improve performance, manage risk and enhance customer confidence through robust management systems . Certification by an independent, accredited body such as Global-Mark provides formal assurance that these standards are being met and maintained.

For Stonebank, this accreditation supports the firm’s focus on:

  • Strong governance and clear accountability

  • Risk-informed decision making

  • Consistency across projects and services

  • Ongoing improvement as the business evolves

Stonebank will continue to build on this foundation, using its certified management systems to support clients delivering build-to-hold and long-term property assets in an increasingly complex development environment.
