Planning Permit Granted for Ivanhoe East Retirement Living Project

Stonebank is proud to support VMCH in securing a ministerial planning permit for St. Francis on the Park, a premium retirement living precinct in Ivanhoe East.
This milestone follows more than two years of dedicated planning and community engagement, culminating in a successful outcome through the Development Facilitation Program (DFP) process. The project will deliver 58 high-quality apartments with world-class amenities, designed by Jackson Clements Burrows Architects and Oculus, and will directly support VMCH’s broader mission—including
affordable housing initiatives.
