New projects commence with APD

Stonebank have been awarded project management and superintendency of three new APD projects.
Stonebank is proud to announce its engagement by APD as Project Manager and Superintendent for the delivery of a three-project bundle comprising vital community infrastructure across Melbourne’s growing western and northern suburbs.
The projects include the development of two new swim schools, in the establishing suburbs of Tarneit and in Aintre, as well as a multi-level early learning centre in Coburg North. These developments will not only support the rapid population growth in these areas but also contribute significantly to local education, health, and wellbeing.
Access to quality early learning facilities and swimming education is essential in fostering safe, resilient, and connected communities. By creating spaces where children can learn, grow, and thrive, these projects will leave a lasting impact for years to come.
