What CQA Does

CQA provides Clerk of Works, Design Review, Defect Management and Investor Representative services at project and portfolio level. We focus on the parts of a project that get covered up during construction and cause the largest latent defects, from basements and structure through to façades, waterproofing, passive fire and services.

Our approach is collaborative, not adversarial. We work with the contractor to close issues out early, lifting the quality of the build and the knowledge of the whole project team.

CQA is led by Chris Adams, Director, and Ross Saunders, Technical Director.
